Challange

This is a continue of this award winning project. The first phase of the project focus on the job seeker's experience, where as this part focused on the employer's interface. We were challanged by RealMatch, to significantly increase the conversion rate by easing up the process of placing an ad and purchasing resume from the accumalating job seeker's list.

In this round of UI and design planning we had to deal with the core business challange and RealMatch's new paradigm in job recruiting - get quality resume, inspect them, and then decide to buy.

Solution

We have completly redesigned the entire process and user interface. Also, we have included animated tutorials as an inhernt part of the registration and system operation.

Results

Conversion is increasing on a daily basis, as we constantly evaluate the UI performance. RealMatch is seeing significant improvement in business results as we continue to improve their offering on a daily basis.
