GOALS

Teva Pharmaceuticals ltd runs a bi-weekly e-mail based, medical magazine called "Abstract" - It is localized to numerous languages and sent to subscribers around the world. We were asked to re-organize the production process and automate it and to create a web site that will enable subscribers to search for articles in previous editions.

SOLUTION

We implemented a Microsoft SharePoint^TM portal as a back-office, carefully customized to cater the production needs. The back-office was hooked into a simple and easy to use website that is automatically updated with the content created on the SharePoint^TM portal.

RESULTS

Teva's personnel has been able to make their production process much more efficient. They are working on-line with translators around the world and enjoy the highly elaborated functionality the SharePoint offers.

TECHNOLOGICAL NOTE

Although you may need to compromise, sometimes, it's good not to develop everything from scratch :)
